Try to eat some carrots or broccoli every day to get an adequate amount of vitamin A. You can even add some nuts like almonds to your daily routine for your hair health.
  • Avoid brushing wet hair – When you wet your hair, it goes in its weakest state. Avoid brushing wet hair because the chances of hair loss increase but if you must comb wet hair, use a comb with wide teeth. Also, avoid brushing hair too frequently as doing so can injure hair and increase hair loss. Undo tangles with your fingers, not by a brush or a comb.
  • Protein is essential – This can impact the health of your skin, hair, and nails because they are made primarily of protein. You need protein for hair growth, so add some healthy protein to your daily meal to avoid the breakage of hair strands that are resistant to growing back. Try to eat at least 50 to 60 grams of paneer or fish daily to keep your protein intake in check. It will not only curb your hunger late in the afternoon but also keep your hair intact.
  • Zinc deficiency – People who are strictly vegan, may have a zinc deficiency. It plays an important role in the growth of hair tissue and repairing it. Zinc also nourishes the oil glands that surround the hair follicles. Hair loss is a usual symptom in case how to toss of zinc deficiency. Zinc supplements may help mitigate the problem of hair loss.
