This is no fad diet loss technique like keto but simply personalizing what you take in depending on your body mass, your lifestyle, and physical activity.   • For breakfast– A nuts-filled smoothie, orange juice, and oatmeal with fruits or yogurt.
  • For Mid-day-bread with pineapple-apricot jam or peanut butter. Watermelon scoops are also included in her diet. Jicama and nuts make their appearance too.
  • For lunch– smoked sandwich with Ezekiel bread, turkey, pepper jack cheese, grilled onions, avocado, tomato, and lettuce + a sugar-free iced tea.
  • For dinner (before 7:30 PM)- a single cup of wild rice, veggies stir-fried in Olive oil + boneless chicken breasts(skinless), or any seafood including sea bass, shrimp, salmon, and cod.

  • Warmup-15 minutes- Power walk
  • Resistance flexibility training(5-6 times a week)-30-40 minutes-squats, leg extensions, incline crunches, chest presses, lateral raises, seated rows, and standing flies.
  • Cardio( 6 days a week)- 45 minutes of elliptical exercise, treadmill, stair-stepping, jogging, and rowing.
  • She also stands by working out 20 minutes before dinner and a 75-minute run in case no time to squeeze in a detailed workout.
